在结防机构尚不健全的山区县,县医院传染科在结核病防治工作中仍占有重要地位,它既是医院开展防痨宣教的骨干力量,也是医院病例发现的组织者。通过对77例初治涂阳化疗全程管理的观察,说明只要切实加强监督指导,传染科有可能按统一要求,实施不住院化疗管理。
In the mountainous counties where county prevention and control institutions are not yet complete, the infectious diseases department of the county hospital still plays an important role in the prevention and control of tuberculosis. It is not only the backbone for hospitals to carry out anti-tuberculosis mission, but also the organizer of hospital case-finding. Through the observation of the management of 77 cases of newly-treated smear-positive chemotherapy, it shows that as long as the supervision and guidance are effectively strengthened, the infectious disease department may implement the non-hospital chemotherapy management according to the unified requirements.
