我国富钾岩石分布广泛,资源十分丰富。利用富钾岩石制取矿物钾肥潜力巨大,积极开展富钾岩石资源的综合利用、补充我国钾肥来源具有重要意义。目前国内已成功开发出以石灰为激发剂、在半湿状态下用富钾岩石生产钾硅钙微孔矿物肥料的静态水热法新工艺。介绍国内富钾岩石资源状况,利用富钾岩石制取矿物钾肥的生产工艺、技术进展及前景展望,并提出了相应的发展建议。
China’s potassium-rich rock is widely distributed, the resources are very rich. The use of potassium-rich rocks to make mineral potash has great potential, and actively carry out the comprehensive utilization of potassium-rich rock resources to supplement the source of potash fertilizer of great significance. At present, we have successfully developed a new hydrostatic static hydrothermal process that uses lime as a stimulant to produce potassium-calcium silicate microporous mineral fertilizers with potassium-rich rock in the semi-wet state. This paper introduces the status quo of domestic potassium-rich rock resources, the production technology, technical progress and prospect of using mineral potassium-rich rock to make mineral potash, and puts forward corresponding development suggestions.
