在工业生产过程中，同一个被控对象，由于干扰因素的不同，就可能有几种不同的控制方案。而对同一种控制方案，分析其在不同的干扰因素作用下的抗干扰过程，目前国内的参考书及教科书都只是文字简单分析，没有以图形化的直观形式进行分析，本文以管式加热炉的温度 流量串级控制系统为例，讨论在不同干扰因素作用下，如何以信号变化过程图的图形化方式分析过程控制系统的抗干扰。
In the process of industrial production, the same controlled object may have several different control schemes due to different interference factors. However, for the same control scheme, the anti-jamming process under different interference factors is analyzed. At present, the reference books and textbooks in China are only simple text analysis and are not analyzed in a graphical and intuitive way. In this paper, As an example, how to analyze the anti-interference of the process control system by the graphical way of signal change process diagram under different interference factors.
