为了解现制现售水质卫生现状,于2014—2015年对天津市某区36台现制现售饮水机(简称制水机)的设备使用及水质卫生状况进行调查分析。结果显示制水机均无卫生许可公示、更换滤芯情况公示、维护管理人员无健康体检合格证明。依照《生活饮用水水质处理器卫生安全与功能评价规范——反渗透处理装置》(2001)进行水质检测,除菌落总数外,其余检测指标达标率均为100%。夏秋季菌落总数达标率为81.8%,冬春季菌落总数达标率为100%。提示应加强现制现售水的卫生监督管理,制定相应的卫生管理规范,保障饮水卫生安全。
In order to find out the current status of water quality and sanitation, 2014-2015 investigation and analysis of equipment usage and water quality and hygiene of 36 existing drinking fountains (referred to as water purifiers) in a certain area of Tianjin City were conducted. The results showed that there is no public health water dispenser, replacement filter publicity, maintenance and management personnel without health examination certificate. In accordance with the “Drinking Water Quality Processor Health Safety and Function Evaluation Code - Reverse Osmosis Treatment Unit” (2001) for water quality testing, with the exception of the total number of colonies, the remaining test indicators compliance rate was 100%. The total number of summer and autumn colonies compliance rate was 81.8%, the total number of winter and spring colonies compliance rate of 100%. It is suggested that health supervision and management of the existing sales water should be strengthened and corresponding health management practices should be formulated to ensure the hygiene and safety of drinking water.
