我国铸造业常使用SiO2含量较低的原沙作为铸铁件生产造型用砂。为了研究这种低品位砂对型破性能和铸件质量的影响,将黄河风积砂浮选分离成石英精砂和长石砂两种组分,再按不同比例配制成几种SiO2含量不同而颗粒条件相似的原砂,研究SiO2含量对抗粘砂性、抗结疤性、耐破碎性的影响。结果表明,对于湿型铸铁件来说,低品位砂的抗粘砂性、抗结疤性能不低于高品位砂,在耐破碎性方面则各有长短。
China’s foundry industry often uses raw sand with low SiO2 content as a cast iron to produce model sand. In order to study the effect of this low-grade sand on the performance of type-breaking and casting quality, the Yellow River aeolian sand flotation was separated into quartz refined sand and feldspar sand two components, and then prepared with different proportions and different SiO2 content. The raw sand with similar particle conditions was used to study the effect of SiO2 content on sand stickiness, scab resistance, and crush resistance. The results show that, for wet cast irons, the sand resistance and anti-clogging properties of low-grade sands are not inferior to those of high-grade sands, and each has its own length in terms of crush resistance.
