用免疫组化方法探讨了26例间叶组织肿瘤的PCNA、Rb、Fas、Bcl-2、MLH1、MSH2等肿瘤相关基因产物的表达情况。其中PCNA的表达在良性肿瘤中无一例阳性,恶性肿瘤中共6例阳性。Rb在良恶性肿瘤中各3例阳性。Fas在良性肿瘤中共9例阳性,恶性肿瘤中共5例阳性。Bcl—2在良恶性肿瘤中各1例阳性。MLH1在良性肿瘤中共5例阳性,恶性肿瘤中共7例阳性。MSH2在良性肿瘤中共2例阳性,恶性肿瘤中共4例阳性。其中三种以上基因产物同时表达者仅见于恶性肿瘤中,提示基因表达的多样性与间叶组织肿瘤的性质有关。
The expression of tumor-associated gene products such as PCNA, Rb, Fas, Bcl-2, MLH1, and MSH2 in 26 mesenchymal tumors was investigated by immunohistochemistry. The expression of PCNA was not positive in benign tumors. There were 6 cases of malignant tumors. Rb was positive in 3 cases in benign and malignant tumors. A total of 9 cases of Fas were positive in benign tumors and 5 cases were positive in malignant tumors. Bcl-2 was positive in 1 case in benign and malignant tumors. A total of 5 cases of benign tumors were positive for MLH1, and 7 cases were positive for malignant tumors. MSH2 was positive in 2 cases of benign tumors, and 4 cases were positive in malignant tumors. Among them, the simultaneous expression of more than three kinds of gene products was only found in malignant tumors, suggesting that the diversity of gene expression is related to the nature of tumors in the mesenchymal tissue.
