组织开展好校本教研要抓好立足点、支撑点和着眼点。立足点——明确校本教研的三大要素:教师个体、教师群体和专业研究人员。支撑点:构建校本教研的七项制度:理论学习制度、课题研究制度、对话交流制度、案例分析制度、问题累积制度、评价奖励制度、领导管理制度。着眼点:促进教师成长的四个切入点:在案例分析中突破,在反思提炼中发展,在调查研究中改进,在互动交流中提升。
