2015年引起热议的事件有很多,网络约车问题便因为关涉民众的切身利益而牵动着舆论的神经。2015年4月15日,“专车第一案”在济南市中院开庭审理,“快车”“专车”营运是否合法引发争议。5月10日,成都市大量的士司机聚集Uber公司楼下、集体罢工,要求叫停专车服务。5月12日,成都市交委发布公告,告诫Uber中国区负责人涉嫌非法营运。5月18日,上海市交委宣布与滴滴公司联合成立专门工作组,并承诺于2个月之内拿出上海的专车试点管理方案。11月9日,《网络预约出租汽车经营服务管理暂行办法(征求意见稿)》停止征求意见,网络约车立法即将出台。那么,网络约车,尤其是“快车”“专车”到底是否合法?对“快车”“专车”的“钓鱼执法”又是否合理?“互联网+”时代下的车辆营运新业态到底是传统市场的灾难,还是租车消费群体的福音?我们做一个简单的加法,市场却给出了不简单的回应。

We do a simple addition, the market has given a simple response.
