随着我国教育的不断发展,改革也在如火如荼地进行中,随着我国对教育改革的不断重视,中等职业学校在加强教育工作的同时也加强了德育工作。在改革阶段,我国的各中职院校在培养专业性人才教育方面有了显著的提升,但是在提升学生德育水平的德育工作方面有很大的不足。中职院校培养专业性技术人才的教育上有着很好的成绩,但是在德育方面存在问题,会影响到人才的培养,所以说我国需要在本质上提升中职院校中学生的德育水平,教师做好德育工作,从中职院校德育工作中存在的问题和解决问题的措施这两个方面进行了研究分析。
