研究证实了在银杏愈伤组织培养过程中,7种微量元素对细胞生长率和黄酮醇糖苷含量有明显的影响。MnSO4、ZnSO4、H3BO3三组试验中,当浓度分别为MS培养基原浓度时,细胞生长率最高;黄酮醇糖苷含量随MnSO4浓度增加而下降;在分别缺少Mo(6+)、Cu(2+)、Co(2+)的三个处理中,其细胞生长率和黄酮醇糖苷含量均低于对照。
The study confirmed that seven kinds of trace elements in the process of ginkgo callus cultured cell growth rate and flavonol glycosides have a significant effect. MnSO4, ZnSO4 and H3BO3, the cell growth rate was highest when the concentration was the original concentration of MS medium; the content of flavonol glycoside decreased with the increase of MnSO4 concentration; in the absence of Mo (6 +), Cu Co (2+) in the three treatments, the cell growth rate and flavonol glycoside content were lower than the control.
