精确结构光模型是三维光学测量的前提,其中分布式空间测量定位系统的交会模型是以线结构激光面的理想平面模型为基础的。而大尺度空间下的线结构激光面存在复杂变形,且很难用任何数学模型来精确拟合。因此,研究了一种基于高精度转台的线结构激光面非参数模型标定方法,建立了激光面旋转时间与空间角度间的精密映射表,替代了曲面拟合参数模型,并在激光面非参数标定的结果基础上对交会模型进行了优化。以室内空间测量定位系统为验证平台,实验结果表明该标定方法能够有效克服激光面复杂变形问题,可将12 m测量范围内变形较为明显区域的坐标测量
