采用放射免疫法,测试了17名持续参加一年以上有氧健身操运动和16名未参加运动的中年女性在卵泡期空腹状态下血清促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)和睾酮(T)的基础分泌值。实验结果表明:运动组血清E2和T的基础分泌值明显高于非运动组(P<005),而血清P、FSH和LT两组均无明显差异(P>005)。上述结果提示,中年女性保持较高水平的E2和T对预防骨质疏松具有重要作用。
The results of radioimmunoassay showed that 17 middle-aged women, who continued to participate in aerobics exercises more than one year and 16 who did not participate in exercise, had higher levels of serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) Estradiol (E2), progesterone (P) and testosterone (T) basal secretions. The experimental results showed that the basal secretion of serum E2 and T in exercise group was significantly higher than that in non-exercise group (P <005), but there was no significant difference in serum P, FSH and LT (P> 0.05). These results suggest that middle-aged women to maintain a high level of E2 and T plays an important role in the prevention of osteoporosis.
