以二氯甲烷为萃取剂,采用液液萃取-气质联用(GC/MS)法对制浆造纸综合废水的有机物进行了分析研究。结果表明:造纸废水中检出36种有机物,主要为酮类、苯酚类、醛类、酸类、烷烃类、醌类及少量其他化合物,质量百分比依次是63.16%、13.20%、11.91%、9.04%、0.70%及0.30%。特征有机物为4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯乙酮、4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酮、十六烷酸、苯酚、2-甲氧基苯酚、苯甲酸、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛等。废水处理后大部分有机物得到了去除,仅检出5种有机物。在该造纸废水中检出3种我国水环境优先控制污染物,包括苯酚、2,4,6-三氯苯酚、氯化氰,废水处理后这3种物质均未检出。
The organic matter of pulping and papermaking integrated wastewater was analyzed by liquid-liquid extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC / MS) with dichloromethane as extractant. The results showed that 36 kinds of organic compounds were detected in papermaking wastewater, mainly ketones, phenols, aldehydes, acids, alkanes, quinones and a few other compounds. The mass percentages were 63.16%, 13.20%, 11.91%, 9.04 %, 0.70% and 0.30%. The characteristic organic compounds are 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyacetophenone, 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyacetophenone, Acid, phenol, 2-methoxyphenol, benzoic acid, 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde and the like. After the wastewater treatment, most of the organic matter was removed and only 5 kinds of organic matter were detected. Three kinds of priority pollutants in China’s water environment were detected in the papermaking waste water, including phenol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol, cyanogen chloride, and none of the three substances were detected after wastewater treatment.
