On December 29, 2005, Beijing Taihe Jiayuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. held the “New Year’s Fraternity of Phase I Completion and Cooperative Unit of Qing Dongshan Villa” at a hotel in Beijing. Located in the mansion project around Chaoyang Park, Dongshan villa has been widely concerned by all walks of life, especially the upper class since it was launched in late August 2004.
