一、激发情感,拉近距离1.由教师权威转变为互相尊重,相互信任。以往在教学活动中我常说的一句话是:“现在我们来学习……”,而现在根据课文的特点我会问:“你们想先学什么?”“你们有哪些问题?”“你们想怎么学?”……2.由强调苦学转变为苦学,激发学生学习兴趣。无论老师还是家长都会习惯性地对那些学习不好的孩子一遍遍说:“如果你现在不好好学习,将来就无法生存。”直到学生的耳朵磨出了老茧,却依然天天不完成作业。现在我把这些时间用来深钻教材,寻找一些学生喜欢的教学方法,教学手段,激发他们喜欢学习的兴趣。

Now I use this time to deepen the teaching materials, find some teaching methods and teaching methods that students like, and stimulate their interest in learning.
