目的:观察增液润燥汤对NOD小鼠唾液分泌量及颌下腺组织的影响。方法:将40只NOD小鼠随机分为:模型组,增液润燥汤低、中、高剂量组,羟氯喹组;选取8只同龄Balb/c小鼠作为正常组。干预8周后,测小鼠唾液分泌量;观察颌下腺病理变化。结果:增液润燥汤中、高剂量组及羟氯喹组小鼠唾液分泌量均较模型组增加(P<0.05)。模型组小鼠颌下腺指数较正常组显著减少(P<0.05),而增液润燥汤低、中、高剂量组及羟氯喹组较模型组提高。HE染色结果显示:模型组小鼠颌下腺腺泡大小不等,血管及导管周围可见淋巴细胞重度浸润;增液润燥汤各剂量组小鼠颌下腺间质中可见导管轻度扩张,腺泡大小不一,血管及导管周围可见淋巴细胞轻度浸润。结论:增液润燥汤能够明显改善NOD小鼠颌下腺的外分泌功能,其作用机制可能与增液润燥汤能够减轻免疫炎性反应,抑制颌下腺破坏有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Zengyin Runzao decoction on salivary secretion and submandibular gland tissue in NOD mice. Methods: Forty NOD mice were randomly divided into three groups: model group, low, middle and high dose of Hydroxychloroquine group and eight Balb / c mice of the same age as normal group. After 8 weeks of intervention, the salivary secretion of mice was measured; the pathological changes of submandibular gland were observed. Results: The salivary secretion of ZMD, high dose and hydroxychloroquine groups was higher than that of model group (P <0.05). The index of submandibular gland in model group was significantly lower than that in normal group (P <0.05), while the increase, low dose, medium dose and high dose of ZYRT group and hydroxychloroquine group were higher than the model group. The results of HE staining showed that the size of the submandibular gland acini in the model group was not significant, and the infiltration of lymphocytes was found around the blood vessels and catheters. In the submandibular gland interstitial, First, the blood vessels and catheters can be seen around the mild infiltration of lymphocytes. CONCLUSION: ZengRuiYunXiao decoction can significantly improve the exocrine function of submandibular gland of NOD mice. Its mechanism may be related to that ZYRR can reduce the immunoinflammatory reaction and inhibit the submandibular gland destruction.
