[目的]建立了油菜、油菜籽及土壤中氯啶菌酯的超高效液相色谱检测方法。[方法]样品经乙腈振荡提取、中性氧化铝层析柱净化,采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)检测,BEH C18色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱;流速0.3 m L/min;检测波长234 nm;进样量4μL。[结果]油菜植株在0.05、0.5 mg/kg 2个添加水平下,氯啶菌酯的平均回收率为90.0%~111.2%(RSD为2.5%~4.4%),油菜籽及土壤在0.02、0.2 mg/kg 2个添加水平下,氯啶菌酯的平均回收率分别为108.4%~112.3%(RSD为3.7%~6.9%)、96.0%~102.6%(RSD为8.7%~9.1%)。[结论]该方法满足农药残留检测的要求。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of chlorothalonil in rapeseed, rapeseed and soil by ultra performance liquid chromatography. [Method] The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and purified by neutral alumina column. The sample was purified on a BEH C18 column by UPLC. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water gradient. The flow rate was 0.3 m L / min ; Detection wavelength 234 nm; injection volume 4μL. [Result] The average recoveries of clozapine in rapeseed plants were 90.0% ~ 111.2% (RSD 2.5% ~ 4.4%) at 0.05 and 0.5 mg / kg 2 addition levels. The rapeseed and soil contents were 0.02, 0.2 The average recoveries of chlorothalonil were 108.4% ~ 112.3% (RSD 3.7% ~ 6.9%) and 96.0% ~ 102.6% (RSD 8.7% ~ 9.1%) at mg / kg 2addition level. [Conclusion] The method meets the requirements of pesticide residue detection.
