热油管道输送过程中,轴向温度分布计算是管道设计的核心内容之一,必须较为准确的进行计算。考虑到苏霍夫公式中采用固定比热容将带来一定的误差,因此划分不同比热容区间,建立了新的管线沿程温将计算模型。并利用苏霍夫公式及新建模型进行实例计算,结果表明:新建模型计算结果与实际运行工况更为符合,可利用该模型进行热力站布局的优化。 During the hot oil pipeline transportation, the calculation of the axial temperature distribution is one of the core contents of pipeline design and must be calculated more accurately. Taking into account the use of fixed heat capacity in the Sukhoff formula will bring some errors, so the division of different specific heat capacity interval, the establishment of a new pipeline along the temperature will be calculated. The case calculation is made by using the Suhov formula and the new model. The results show that the calculated results of the new model are in good agreement with the actual operating conditions, and the model can be used to optimize the thermal station layout.
