2016年12月3日,由杨卫策划的“无处不在·任戎2016”在美仑美术馆开幕。展览由湖南美术出版社主办,美仑美术馆、国创艺博(北京)文化有限公司承办.本次展览呈现艺术家任戎近年来创作的综合媒材纸艺、雕塑作品,带领观众走进任戎的世界,探寻那些随性线条背后的生命意义。1988年左右,任戎与当时中国的许多知识精英一样,随着留学大潮去了遥远的欧洲学习,先后就读于德国蒙斯特与杜塞道夫国立美术学院。这段时期是任戎艺术人生的一个重大转折。因为跻身于当代艺术的策源地之一的德国艺术学府,身临其境,使任戎对当代艺术有了更深层次的理解和认识.
