提出了利用模糊算法对连续语音的清、浊音进行分析的一种新方法．根据连续语音的声学特征提出了判别清、浊音的从属函数，以及利用从属函数对清、浊音判断的算法流程，并研制了汉语语音分析合成系统．经实验证明该系统的性能良好，具有应用价值． A new method of using fuzzy algorithm to analyze clear and dull continuous speech is proposed. According to the acoustic characteristics of continuous speech, the subordinate function of discriminating clear and dull voice and the algorithm flow of using clear and dull voice of subordinate function are put forward. The Chinese speech synthesis system is also developed. The experiment proved that the performance of the system is good, with application value.
