应用无料钟多环布料数学模型对某高炉布料后料面进行模拟,寻求中心开放较平坦的凸台型料面。研究发现,在小角度差条件下布料,很难形成平坦的凸台型料面;只有在大角度差、大环位环数差条件下布料,才有可能得到近似平坦的凸台型料面。增加边缘矿石量和中心焦炭量以及在减少布矿溜槽倾角和增加布焦溜槽倾角的混合布料时,提高料线或增加矿石批重均可实现中心开放较平坦的凸台型料面。同时还发现,调整布料参数时,有时也有无规律现象发生。
The application of bell-less multi-ring cloth mathematical model to simulate the surface of a blast furnace fabric and seek a more flat bossed surface for the center. It is found that it is difficult to form a flat boss-type material surface under the condition of small angle difference, and it is possible to obtain a nearly flat boss-type material surface only when the material is distributed under the condition of large angle difference and large ring number difference . Increasing the amount of edge ore and the amount of coke in the center, as well as reducing the inclination of the fabric chute and increasing the dip angle of the cloth chute, raising the line or increasing the weight of the ore can achieve a more flat boss-shaped surface. Also found that, when adjusting the fabric parameters, there are sometimes irregular phenomenon.
