目的　比较激素及胸腺切除治疗少年型重症肌无力(JMG)的疗效。方法　我院住院及随访的 5 5例患者中 ,2例单用溴化吡啶斯的明治疗 ,37例用泼尼松治疗 ,3例用甲基氢化泼尼松冲击治疗 ,13例采用胸腺切除。结果　激素及胸腺切除疗效均显著 ,甲基氢化泼尼松冲击起效快 ,副作用小。结论　建议首选激素治疗JMG Objective To compare the efficacy of hormones and thymectomy in the treatment of juvenile myasthenia gravis (JMG). Methods Of the 55 hospitalized patients and follow-up patients, 2 were treated with pyridinostirmine alone, 37 were treated with prednisone, 3 were treated with methylprednisolone and 13 were treated with thymectomy . Results The effects of hormones and thymectomy were significant, methylprednisolone impact onset fast, side effects. Conclusion The first choice of hormone therapy JMG
