由于学生的流动性大,高校党务工作的周期短,工作难度大。特别是新时期我国高校学生数量急剧增加,也对高校党务工作提出了更高的要求。目前许多高校党务工作并没有有效地抓住大学生思想教育以及学生党员培养管理的这一工作重心,同时在方式方法上也存在着不少偏差,直接影响了工作成效。本文结合笔者长期工作实际,分析了当前高校党务工作中存在的问题,并据此提出了新时期加强高校党务工作的对策。
Due to the large mobility of students, the work cycle of party work in colleges and universities is short and the work is difficult. Especially in the new era, the number of college students in our country has dramatically increased, and higher requirements have also been set for the party work in colleges and universities. At present, many party work in colleges and universities did not effectively grasp the focus of ideological education for college students as well as the cultivation and management of student party members. At the same time, there are also many deviations in the methods and methods that directly affect the effectiveness of the work. Based on the author’s long-term working practice, this article analyzes the existing problems in the current party work in colleges and universities and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the party work in colleges and universities in the new era.
