第三十七条 医师在执业活动中,违反本法规定,有下列行为之一的,由县级以上人民政府卫生行政部门给予警告或者责令暂停六个月以上一年以下执业活动;情节严重的,吊销其执业证书;构成犯罪的,依法追究刑事责任: (一)违反卫生行政规章制度或者技术操作规范,造成严重后果的; (二)由于不负责任延误急危患者的抢救和诊治,造成严重后果的;
Article 37 If a physician violates the provisions of this Law and has committed any of the following acts in the course of his practice, the health administrative department of the people’s government at or above the county level shall give a warning or order a suspension of practice within six months or more; the circumstances are serious. Anyone who revokes his practising certificate and constitutes a crime shall be prosecuted for criminal responsibility according to law: (1) Violating the rules and regulations of health administration or technical operation norms, causing serious consequences; (2) Caused by irresponsible delay in the rescue and diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients; Serious consequences
