用描述等离子弧和熔池中的流体流动和传热过程的数学模型对熔池的发展进行了数值模拟。模拟结果和文献中实验结果的比较表明 ,该数学模型能较好地预测熔池的形状和大小。模拟结果中所得到的双循环流动对理解实验所得的测熔池的形状有重要意义
The development of the weld pool was numerically simulated with a mathematical model describing the fluid flow and heat transfer in the plasma arc and bath. The comparison between the simulation results and the experimental results in the literature shows that the mathematical model can better predict the shape and size of the weld pool. The results obtained in the simulation results have important implications for understanding the shape of the test cell obtained from the experiment
