一、前言从西德引进的五机架连轧机组,主要用来轧制低碳钢,来料强度极限不超过42公斤/毫米~2。WSPA钢属于低合金钢,材料强度极限一般都在50~58公斤/毫米~2,大大超过了轧机的许用条件。为了保证设备的安全,能否将3.0×1100毫米的热轧板冷轧到1.5×1100毫米,需要事先对WSPA钢进行冷连轧轧制实验和轧制压力的核定计算,从而为冷连轧轧制WSPA钢提供一定的技术参数和生产的可行性。
