目的:评价吡柔比星膀胱灌注防治膀胱癌术后复发的效果。方法:选择109例膀胱肿瘤患者,给予吡柔比星30 mg溶于50 ml葡萄糖中行膀胱内灌注,每次保留40~60 min,每3~6个月膀胱镜检查1次,术后随访。结果:109例患者随访15~30个月,平均17.5个月,复发11例,复发率10.1%。结论:吡柔比星膀胱灌注对防治浅表性膀胱癌术后复发效果满意,副作用少。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of intravesical instillation of pirarubicin on the prevention and treatment of bladder cancer recurrence. Methods: One hundred and nine patients with bladder cancer were selected and treated with intraperitoneal injection of pirarubicin 30 mg dissolved in 50 ml of glucose for 40-60 minutes. Cystoscopy was performed every 3-6 months and was followed up. Results: 109 patients were followed up for 15-30 months with an average of 17.5 months, with 11 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 10.1%. CONCLUSION: Pripirobin intravesical instillation is effective in preventing and treating postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer with few side effects.
