丹参是冠心病常用药物之一,具有活血化瘀和增加冠状动脉血流量的作用,但对心脏微循环究竟有何影响,尚未见报道。俞氏曾提出,丹参保护缺氧心脏可能是通过增加单位时间内心脏血流量。本文对此进行了初步观察。
