研究了板形控制用曲面辊辊面方程中各参数与曲面辊半径差△R、抽辊行程S_(max)、板凸度控制范围△C、轧件宽度B、辊身长度L等参数的关系。阐述了辊面方程中各参数的作用,并利用有关资料的数据对理论分析得出的关系式进行了验证,结果表明这些关系式具有很高的精度。同时还给出了单辊抽辊控制板形的方案及其可行性分析结果。并指出了其优缺点。
