评定测量不确定度是表征合理地赋予被测量之值的分散性与测量结果相联系的参数。正确地进行不确定度评定是国际标准ISO/IEC17025对认可实验室的要求,也是判定测量结果质量的依据。准确测定气相二氧化硅中钛含量对评定气相二氧化硅质量具有重要意义。根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》对气相二氧化硅中钛含量的不确定度进行了分析,建立了评定步骤,确定了分析结果的不确定度范围。
Assessing the measurement uncertainty is a parameter that characterizes the dispersion that is reasonably assigned to the measured value in relation to the measurement result. Accurate assessment of the uncertainty of the international standard ISO / IEC17025 accredited laboratory requirements, but also determine the quality of measurement results. Accurate determination of titanium in fumed silica is of great importance for the evaluation of the quality of fumed silica. According to “Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement”, the uncertainty of titanium content in fumed silica was analyzed. The evaluation procedure was established and the range of uncertainty of the analytical results was determined.
