1988和1989年,我团在西瓜上进行增产菌拌种和叶面喷施试验。供试增产菌为北京农业大学生产的广谱性固体增产菌,由新疆农垦科学院提供。供试西瓜1988年为红优2号,1989年为新优2号。试验设于十五连102号条田和机三连门前地,土壤有机质含量0.89%—1.05%,碱解氮24—35ppm,速效磷7—15ppm,播前亩施有机优质肥2500—3000kg,磷酸二铵20—25kg,尿素15—20kg。拌种试验设亩施50g,75g,100g和对照4个处理,重复3次,催芽后拌种;叶面喷施亩用50g菌剂分别在苗期、抽蔓期、座瓜期喷施,对照喷等量清水共4个处理,重复3次。两年试验均随机排列,小区面
