在政策调整因素和外需有所改善的带动下,2012年4季度我国经济实现了企稳回升,月度主要经济指标持续回暖,预计全年经济增长为7.8%,可实现年初预定目标。预计2013年经济增长继续保持温和回升势头,约为8.1%左右,价格涨幅也上升至3%左右。在复杂的国内外形势下,应坚持稳中求进的工作总基调,继续实施稳健的货币政策和积极的财政政策,同时加快经济体制改革和结构调整,着力构建新的增长动力。
Driven by the adjustment in policy and the improvement in external demand, the economy of our country achieved a steady rebound in 4Q12 and the monthly major economic indicators continued to pick up. The annual economic growth is expected to be 7.8%, which is expected to be achieved by the beginning of the year. It is expected that the economic growth in 2013 will continue to maintain a mild upward trend, at about 8.1%, and the price increase will also rise to around 3%. Under complicated domestic and international situations, we should adhere to the general tone of work for steady progress and continue to implement prudent monetary policies and proactive fiscal policies. At the same time, we should speed up economic restructuring and structural readjustment, and strive to build a new growth engine.
