9月1日获悉威达公司推出了自行开发的多线电话语音传真平台产品,可以为用户提供电脑语音,传真应用解决方案。该解决方案通过一套电话语音传真系统生成器软件和多线语音传真卡,以及 Text to speech、Text to Fax 功能,将各种应用组合或单独设计,无须编程及熟悉 CTI 技术。该产品包括自动传真回复系统、电话语音查询、电话秘书、自动总机信箱系统等多种应用,并在平台上提供集成的语音、数据和高速 Internet 接入。
