目的对2015年8月无锡市锡山区1起食物中毒的病因进行确认分析。方法通过流行病学调查、现场卫生学调查、结合实验室检测结果分析。结果根据患者临床表现、流行病学特点、实验室检测结果,确认为1起由副溶血性弧菌引起的细菌性食物中毒。结论此次食物中毒的主要原因是熟食制作到食用高温裸露存放时间过长,从业人员在食品加工过程中导致污染,细菌大量繁殖,使食用者发生食物中毒。
Objective To confirm the etiology of 1 food poisoning in Xishan District in Wuxi in August 2015. Methods By epidemiological survey, field health survey, combined with laboratory test results. Results According to the clinical manifestations of patients, epidemiological characteristics, laboratory test results, confirmed by a Vibrio parahaemolyticus caused by bacterial food poisoning. Conclusion The main reason for the food poisoning is that the cooked food is exposed to high temperatures and stored for too long. Employees in the process of food processing lead to pollution and bacteria multiply, resulting in food poisoning.
