在六年生普通富士苹果上,喷施不同浓度多效唑,对其营养生长有一定的抑制效果。试验结果表明。喷施浓度为250×10~(-6)(250PPm)500×10~(-6)、1000×10~(-6)的多效唑,对春梢延长枝生长量、节间长度的抑制作用与对照差异不显著,而对秋梢抑制作用极为显著,其秋梢生长量比对照减少5.80%~75.03%,节间长度比对照缩短10.43%~80.98%。以喷施浓度为500×10~(-6)~1000×10~(-6)的多效唑效果较好。喷施多效唑对短枝率、主干周长及冠径也有一定影响。
