IPTV,即Internet Protocol Television,即指通过互联网协议来提供包括视频节目在内的多媒体交互式业务。IPTV既可以支持宽带电视、网络直播、用户点播等内容,可以利用网络的优势,实现比传统电视服务更多的互动内容,如电视购物、互动电视、交互通信等,甚至还可以实现可视电话、网页浏览、在线游戏、在线教育和网络交易等各种增值业务,提供一个随时随地随身看的个性化互动电视。IPTV作为固网运营商的重要转型业务已经越来越受到电信行业的关注,但是在IPTV的研究中定量研究极少,多是定性研究,而且在定性研究中往往只是主观确定IPTV发展的影响因素。本文拟列出影响IPTV业务的各种因素,在此基础上进行定量调查,并尝试利用因子分析方法对影响IPTV消费和发展的关键成功因子进行提取。

IPTV can support broadband TV, webcasting and on-demand services, and can take advantage of the network to realize more interactive content than traditional TV services such as TV shopping, interactive TV, interactive communication, and even video phone , Web browsing, online games, online education and online trading and other value-added services, to provide a personalized interactive TV to watch anywhere, anytime. As an important fixed-line operator, IPTV has attracted more and more attentions from telecom industry. However, the quantitative research of IPTV is very few and mostly qualitative research, and qualitative research is often only the subjective factor to determine the development of IPTV . This article plans to list various factors that affect the IPTV business and conduct quantitative surveys on this basis. At the same time, we try to use factor analysis methods to extract the key success factors that affect IPTV consumption and development.
