目的 :探讨毒鼠强中毒者的脑电图 (EEG)改变及其临床意义。方法 :对 37例毒鼠强中毒患者进行常规脑电图检查 ,并进行EEG追踪。结果 :35例脑电图异常 (94 .5 9% ) ,EEG追踪表明脑电图异常程度与中毒者恢复时间长短相平行。结论 :脑电图对毒鼠强中毒者脑功能损害情况判断、病情进展及预后评价有较重要的临床参考价值。
Objective: To investigate the changes of EEG in tetramine poisoning and its clinical significance. Methods: Thirty-seven patients with poisoned tetanus were routinely electroencephalographically examined and followed by EEG. Results: 35 cases of EEG abnormalities (94.59%), EEG tracking showed that the degree of anomalies of EEG and poisoning were parallel to the length of recovery time. Conclusion: Electroencephalogram (EEG) has important clinical value in judging the damage of brain function of tetramine poisoning, progression of disease and prognosis.
