本文介绍了利用研制的棒状Al-Ti-B细化剂,在铝合金连续铸轧、半连续铸锭及水冷铁模铸锭生产中所进行的工业性试验。试验结果表明均获得了较好的效果。铸轧板坯由原来的五级晶粒度提高到一级晶粒度。半连续及水冷铁模铸锭,一般都可以达到1~2级晶粒度。同时对改善铸轧板坯的各向异性,消除纯铝半圆型材的挤压粗晶环及水冷铁模铸锭的铸造裂纹,也取得了明显的效果。并对使用Al-Ti-B产生的经济效益进行了简单的分析。说明国产Al-Ti-B细化剂在铝合金铸造生产中的应用是有广阔前途的。
This paper introduces the industrial test carried out in the production of aluminum alloy continuous casting, semi-continuous casting and water-cooled iron mold ingot by using the developed rod Al-Ti-B refiner. The test results show that all have achieved good results. Casting slab from the original five-level grain size to a level of grain size. Semi-continuous and water-cooled iron mold ingot, generally can reach 1 ~ 2 grain size. At the same time to improve the anisotropy of cast slab, aluminum extruded semicircular extrusion material to eliminate coarse ring and water-cooled cast iron ingot casting cracks, but also achieved significant results. And a simple analysis of the economic benefits of using Al-Ti-B was made. It shows that the application of domestic Al-Ti-B refiner in the production of aluminum alloy casting has a bright future.
