电子技术,特别是电子计算机技术的飞速发展及其应用的不断推广,极大地促进了IC特别是数字IC的发展,这也给IC的EDA(ElectricDesignAutomation)提出了更高的要求。本文通过对IC验证系统HP82000测试仪接口软件的分析和研究,介绍了ICEDA接口软件的基本结构,以MentorGraphicsQuicksimⅡ的结果记录文件,即LOG文件为例,通过对其结构的分析以及对HP—UX的LEX工具的应用,完成了把MentorGraphicsQuicksimⅡ的结果直接转换成测试仪上的测试文件的接口制作过程,以一个八位数据控制器电路为例,将其模拟结果进行了转换,并进行了实际测试,得到了完全正确的结果。
The rapid development of electronic technology, especially the electronic computer technology and its application has greatly promoted the development of ICs, especially digital ICs. This has also set higher requirements for ICs’ ElectricDesignAutomation. This paper introduces the ICEDA interface software’s basic structure by analyzing and researching the IC software’s HP82000 tester’s interface software. Taking the log file of MentorGraphicsQuicksimⅡ as an example, through the analysis of its structure and the analysis of HP-UX The application of LEX tool has completed the process of converting the result of MentorGraphicsQuicksimII directly into the test file on the tester. Taking an eight-bit data controller circuit as an example, the simulation results are converted and tested. Got exactly the right result.
