220kV及以上电压等级的保护、测控一体化装置的双重化配置,会导致变电站自动化系统中一次设备信息冗余。为解决此问题,提出了在不改变现有变电站自动化系统结构的基础上,采用中间数据映射双测控实际数据的策略,实现冗余信息的过滤。此方法已在CSC2000(V2)变电站自动化系统上实现,并在唐山220kV郭家屯数字化变电站成功实施。
The protection of 220kV and above voltage levels and the dual configuration of the monitoring and control integrated device will lead to the redundant equipment information in the substation automation system. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposed a strategy of double measurement and control of real data by using the intermediate data mapping without changing the structure of the existing substation automation system to filter the redundant information. This method has been implemented on the CSC2000 (V2) Substation Automation System and has been successfully implemented at Tangshan 220kV Guojiatun Digital Substation.
