一、分层教学是数学教学的必然传统数学教学片面强调数学的严谨性、逻辑推理的形式化,忽视了其创造性;传统的学习效果评价,只注重教师对学生学习的评价,习惯于以考试成绩衡量学生的学习情况,这种单一的评价方式不能全面、综合地反映学生的发展情况。二十一世纪的教育要求学生学会学习、学会做事、学会合作、学会生存,并认为学会生存是教育最重要的基础,竞争与合作是当今社会发展的主题和必然趋势。以多媒体手段和网络技术为核心的现代教育技术的迅速发展,以建构主义学习理论为代表的现代教育理念的迅速传遍,我国职校数学教学改革面临极好的机遇。“以人为本”的教育理念,就是要承认差异、张扬个性、提高素质,这就势必要丢弃传统的教学模式,而进行针对性、科学性、可行性较强的分层教学模式。
