板料拉深成形过程是包含材料非线性、几何非线性、接触非线性的多重非线性问题,拉深成形的机理非常复杂,依靠传统的反复试模,凭借经验寻求最佳成形参数的方法,不仅产品质量得不到保证,还会大大延长产品开发周期,增加开发成本。针对此问题,采用有限元分析软件Dynaform对世界知名品牌HOFMANN某型拆胎机所用气缸壳体拉深成形工序进行了数值模拟,通过模拟分析,将原需要3次拉深成形工序改为2次拉深成形工序,并进行了实验验证,有效地降低了制造成本,提高了生产效率。
The drawing process of sheet metal is a multi-nonlinear problem involving material nonlinearity, geometrical nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity. The mechanism of drawing forming is very complicated. Relying on the traditional trial and error method, the best forming parameters are obtained by experience. Not only the quality of products can not be guaranteed, but also greatly extend the product development cycle, increase development costs. In response to this problem, finite element analysis software Dynaform was used to simulate the deep drawing process of the cylinder shell used in HOFMANN, a world famous brand tireless tire changing machine. By simulation analysis, the original three steps of drawing forming were changed to two Drawing process, and the experimental verification, effectively reducing manufacturing costs and improve production efficiency.
