本文分析了锅炉排污率对蒸汽锅炉节能的影响,提出了锅炉运行燃料利用率的概念。并通过对影响蒸汽锅炉排污率因素的分析,提出了减少蒸汽锅炉排污率,提高锅炉运行燃料利用率的措施。为同类锅炉房的设计提供参考。
This paper analyzes the impact of boiler discharge rate on energy efficiency of steam boilers and puts forward the concept of boiler operating fuel efficiency. And through the analysis of the factors that affect the rate of the steam boiler, this paper puts forward measures to reduce the rate of the steam boiler and improve the fuel efficiency of the boiler.
