单电源联合交流等离子弧焊接法(AC CPAW),是1980年哈尔滨工业大学焊接教研室提出,并于1981年研制成功的一种新工艺方法,用以焊接高强铝合金及其它铝合金。几年来进行了大量试验研究,并成功地在实际生产中得到应用,焊接了一些重要的工程项目的产品,效果良好。实验证明:AC CPAW 电弧压缩程度高,能量密度大,电弧集中,穿透能力强,工艺稳定性好,焊缝成形优异,接头质量好。本文主要介绍了AC CPAW 新工艺研究结果。
Single-power AC-AC plasma arc welding (AC CPAW) is a new process proposed by Welding Department of Harbin Institute of Technology in 1980 and successfully developed in 1981 for welding high-strength aluminum alloy and other aluminum alloys. Over the past few years a large number of experimental studies, and successfully applied in the actual production, welding a number of important projects of the project, the effect is good. Experiments show that: AC CPAW has a high degree of arc compression, high energy density, concentrated arc, strong penetrating ability, good process stability, excellent weld formation and good joint quality. This paper introduces the AC CPAW new technology research results.
