作者在早期的实验和临床中观察到,冷冻自体下颌骨立即再植经常因感染造成再植骨的丧失。为避免这一问题发生,作者设计了冷冻自体下颌骨延期再植术的实验研究,并利用临床观察、X线、组织学、细菌学检查和核素扫描来评价植骨效果。材料与方法:实验动物为15只杂交狗,体重在40~50磅之间。术前10周拔除全口牙齿,于全麻下经颌下切口施下颌骨切除术。切骨部位为一侧下颌体中份,切取的骨段长约2.5cm。
The authors observed in early experiments and clinics that the immediate replantation of frozen mandibular autografts often resulted in loss of replantation bone due to infection. To avoid this problem, the authors designed an experimental study of frozen autologous mandibular dendritic replantation and evaluated the effects of bone grafting using clinical observations, X-rays, histology, bacteriological examination, and radionuclide scanning. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The experimental animals were 15 crossbred dogs weighing between 40 and 50 pounds. 10 weeks preoperative removal of the entire mouth of the teeth, under general anesthesia jaw submandibular incision implants. One side of the osteotomy for the mandibular body parts, cut the bone length of about 2.5cm.
