为研究烧结温度、烧结压力和保温时间这三个关键工艺因素对磁性磨粒制备的影响,将铁粉与氧化铝粉按一定比例混合均匀,放入加压烧结炉中进行热压烧结,并考察了烧结试样磁感应强度与其密度的关系及不同工艺参数条件下烧结试样密度的变化规律。结果表明:磁性磨粒烧结试样的磁感应强度与其密度基本呈线性正比关系;试样的密度随烧结温度、烧结压力和保温时间的增加而提高,且当其分别达到1 080℃、46MPa、15min时效果较佳,其后若继续提高这三个参数值,则试样的密度及磁感应强度不再有明显变化。
In order to study the influence of sintering temperature, sintering pressure and holding time on the preparation of magnetic abrasive grains, iron powder and alumina powder were mixed in a certain proportion and placed in a pressure sintering furnace for hot press sintering. The relationship between the magnetic induction intensity of the sintered sample and its density and the variation of the density of the sintered sample under different process parameters were investigated. The results show that the magnetic induction intensity of magnetic abrasive grain sintered sample has a linear linear relationship with the density. The density of the sample increases with the increase of sintering temperature, sintering pressure and holding time. When the sample reaches 1 080 ℃, 46MPa, 15min When the effect is better, then continue to improve these three parameters, then the sample density and magnetic flux density no longer have significant changes.
