用浸渍法制备了含3%Fe_2O_3的氧化铁/TiO_2催化剂,对在水煤气变换反应中的各个阶段的催化剂进行了穆斯堡尔谱和X射线衍射晶相分析。结果表明在反应催化剂的活性组分可能以类似于Fe_2TiO_5的表面氧化物形式存在,在反应条件下经过一些中间状态,最后,一部分被还原生成FeTiO_3晶体。测定了以MgO,γ-Al_2O_3,TiO_2为载体的三种催化剂的水煤气变换反应活性,结合以前的实验结果及还原后催化剂的再氧化性质,对这三种催化剂中载体与活性组分的相互作用进行了比较和讨论。
The iron oxide / TiO 2 catalyst containing 3% Fe 2 O 3 was prepared by impregnation method. The Mossbauer and X-ray diffraction crystal phases of the catalyst in each stage of water-gas shift reaction were analyzed. The results show that the active component of the reaction catalyst may exist in the form of a surface oxide similar to that of Fe_2TiO_5, undergo some intermediate conditions under the reaction conditions, and finally, part of the reduced FeTiO_3 crystal is formed. The water-gas shift reactivity of three catalysts supported on MgO, γ-Al_2O_3 and TiO_2 was measured. Based on the previous experimental results and the reoxidation properties of the catalysts after reduction, the interaction between the supported catalysts and the active components It is compared and discussed.
