苏联解体前每年都要发行庆贺新年的邮票,从1962年起直到1991年,近30年间形成了一个“新年好”邮票系列。苏联解体后,各独立国家邮政部门在这方面采取了什么发行政策呢?据目前收集到的邮票看,大体是这样的: 一、继续发行“新年好”邮票的国家只有:俄罗斯和白俄罗斯。其中俄罗斯是解体后就开始年年发行,继承了苏联原来的传统。白俄罗斯则是从1996年才开始发行的。
Every year before the collapse of the Soviet Union, stamps commemorating the New Year are to be issued. From 1962 until 1991, a series of “Happy New Year” stamps were formed in the past 30 years. After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the postal services in various independent countries have adopted any distribution policy. According to the stamps collected so far, the general outline is as follows: First, the countries that continue to issue “Happy New Year” stamps are only Russia and Belarus. Among them, Russia started its annual distribution after the disintegration and inherited the original Soviet tradition. Belarus was released from 1996.
