肚子各个区出现疼痛,对应的常见毛病是:1.右上腹:肝硬化、肝癌、胆囊炎、胆结石、大叶性肺炎。2.剑突下:胃炎、胃溃疡、隔面心肌梗死。3.左上腹:胃炎、胃溃疡、胰腺炎、胰腺癌、大叶性肺炎。4.右侧腹:升结肠炎症和肿瘤,肾脏及输尿管结石。5.脐腹:小肠感染、梗阻和痉挛、寄生虫。6.左侧腹:降结肠炎症和肿瘤、肾脏及输尿管结石。7.右下腹:盲肠和阑尾炎。8.小腹:膀胱和下尿道的结石和炎症、直肠炎症和肿瘤。(男子:前列腺炎、睾丸炎症;女子:宫颈糜烂、盆腔炎等。)9.左下腹:乙状结肠炎症
