在水平粉尘爆轰管上对三种粒径的铝粉—空气悬浮体在弱点火条件下燃烧和爆轰现象进行了实验研究.实验分别考察了粉尘浓度、颗粒尺度及点火能量等因素对爆轰特性(如爆轰速度、最大压力等)的影响。结果表明,平均颗粒直径为2μm的球形铝粉最大爆轰压力约4.3MPa,爆速达到1.64km/s.预混粉尘与激波卷扬粉尘对比实验表明,扬尘方式对爆轰特性有影响,其压力与速度的差别分别高达300%与74%。
The experiments on the combustion and detonation of three kinds of aluminum powder-air suspension under the condition of weak ignition were carried out on a horizontal dust detonation tube.The effects of dust concentration, particle size, ignition energy and other factors on explosion H-characteristics (such as detonation velocity, maximum pressure, etc.). The results show that the maximum detonation pressure of spherical aluminum powder with an average particle diameter of 2μm is about 4.3MPa and the detonation velocity reaches 1.64km / s.The experimental results show that the dusting mode has an impact on the detonation properties, The difference between pressure and speed is up to 300% and 74% respectively.
